My Background

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about working with transitional age youth (TAY) and adults. My clinical experience includes providing individual, group and family therapy in private practice, CMH, and residential-based treatment for teens with involvement in the foster and juvenile justice system. I have received formal training in a variety of treatment models including CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT, and am an IFS Level 1 Trained Therapist with the IFS Institute.

I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with their sense of worth and value, healing from complex trauma, and going through painful transitions or periods of uncertainty in their lives. I bring a collaborative approach to the therapeutic relationship and promote empowerment and choice at each step of the way. I value vulnerability, playfulness and authenticity in the work I do with my clients.

If you are needing support in processing trauma, navigating significant changes and challenges, and overcoming barriers (internal and external) that are limiting you and keeping you feeling small in your life, I invite you to contact me and begin exploring what's possible for you through the work of therapy.
